010. Transforming Your Mind in Times of Change With Nancy Harazduk, M.Ed. , MSW

Episode 010.jpg

Nancy Harazduk MEd, MSW discusses how to leverage these uncertain times as your opportunity for personal growth.  Nancy shares with us how becoming a single mom and attending a stress management program changed her life, propelling her into her current work as the Mind Body Medicine (MBM) Director at the Georgetown University School of Medicine.  She defines what MBM means and takes us through the different Mindy Body approaches.  Nancy also has words of wisdom for everyone - from the med students and healthcare workers to all of you dealing with the many issues during this current pandemic.  My hope is for you to recognize your potential to turn these moments of crisis into times of personal transformation through the power of Mind Body.
