How Do You Define Health? With Dr. Richa Mittal, MD

GHH Series 2 Launch.jpg

As part of my Season 2 Launch Series, these episodes are a collection of short length talks on defining health.  The starting point for changing our lifestyles begins with examining our thoughts around health.  So this a thought experiment designed to challenge the way you’ve previously thought about health to help redefine it for yourself.  That said, my next Launch Series guest is Dr. Richa Mittal, MD.  Dr. Mittal is the Founder and Medical Director of Radiant Health Weight Loss and Wellness in Frisco, Texas.  As an Internist and Diplomate of the Boards of Obesity Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine, she provides weight management and preventive health services. She is a frequent speaker on topics from metabolic health to weight loss and her social media platforms offer strategies for preventive health, weight management, nutrition and healthy food recipes.  And Dr. Mittal here to tell all of us how she defines health.  I hope her message helps to redefine what health means for you.
