My 3rd guest in my Launch Series for the Glass Half Healthy Launch Series is someone who I consider a vibrant soul and feel blessed to know.  Dr. SiriChand Kaur Khalsa, M.D. has had a life-long interest in mindful living as the basis for long term vitality of mind, body and spirit.  Apart from being a board certified physician in Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Hospice/Palliative Medicine, she is also a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Ayurveda practitioner.  Her new venture, Ayurvedic Foundations Course for Physicians, offers fellow doctors a deeper understanding of the healing powers of plant-based nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, and mindfulness.  And Dr. SiriChand Khalsa is here to offer you her thoughts on how she defines health.  I hope her message helps to redefine what health means for you.
