019. Weigh the Process More than the Scale with Anthony Masiello

In the last episode of 2020, Anthony Masiello is back on the show to set you up for success for the new year.  As you may recall from episode 17, Anthony is a nationally board certified health & wellness coach and co-founder of Plant Based TeleHealth, which is a national telemedicine service focused on the prevention and reversal of chronic disease utilizing approaches in Lifestyle Medicine.   But his work in healthcare first started with working on his own health.  His incredible health journey, losing 160 pounds and successfully keeping it off since 2005 through plant based nutrition, is one of the most amazing personal transformations I’ve seen.  With the continued rising number of COVID cases and in preparation for your New Years health goals, this discussion really comes at no better time to discuss Anthony’s health coaching perspective on overcoming obstacles of weight loss and the keys to long term success.  I hope our talk will help you realize that no matter where you are along your healthy journey, successful long term weight loss is possible by weighing the process more than the scale.
