Dr. Cherie Chu, MD is a physician board certified in Pediatrics and certified in Lifestyle Medicine.  She runs Wellness Pediatrician, a website blog dedicated to empowering parents and physicians to promote healthy lifestyle habits in children.  In this episode, we discuss her work in Pediatrics with a Lifestyle Medicine approach, which helped to foster a deeper understanding of and better relationship with her pediatric patients, her kids and herself.  Dr. Chu goes over a variety of parenting topics ranging from eating, to exercise, to sleep, even screen time use, all of which are so important, now more than ever, to address during this pandemic.  I dedicate this episode to all the parents out there raising kids throughout this past year.  I hope our talk offers new ideas on your parenting approach during this pandemic so you can keep your kids (and yourself) healthy and happy.
